Edwardian Home in Winchmore Hill, North London

The kitchen and dining room in this house were small and dark and the family wanted more space and light. The flow of the house wasn’t working for the family either, so we decided to knock down a few walls and open it up. I wanted to maintain the Edwardian integrity of the house but also give it a fresh contemporary feel. To achieve this, I chose a traditional shaker style kitchen in an elegant colour palette of soft grey, white and limed oak and some carefully selected furniture, lighting and art / mirrors to set it off.
